When making a bank transfer payment, the following requirements must be fulfilled:

After placing an order, you must receive your payment confirmation within 24 hours, and the remaining funds must be received within 72 hours.
The sender is responsible for paying all delivery fees and taxes, and bank payments must be received in whole and in the currency that was used to place the transaction.
VAT in the UK
If suppliers or consumers who are registered for VAT in the UK wish to purchase Ex VAT, they must register their VAT number.

Keep in mind that since VAT is not returnable, you must register before completing the purchase order.

Resolving Payment Issues

Please email us at sales@magtraders.co.uk if you experience any issues with our payment options. Here are a few possible problems:

Please let us know if the payment has been taken out but you have not received a payment confirmation so we can help.
This happens when a customer refreshes after confirming the transaction or resets their connection. It seems that even if the money was handled properly, your order’s specifics were not recorded by the system. Please provide us with the full amount paid, the moment the payment was made, and a link to the item you wanted to buy in order to fix this issue. The order will be manually created by our sales team, who will also give you a confirmation.
If you have been billed more than once for the same order: Please send an email to sales@magtraders.co.uk with the relevant transaction details if your payment charge hasn’t been settled within 48 to 72 hours. Our group will repay the excess amount charged in collaboration with our payment partners.

Payment Error:
Send screenshots of any error messages to our sales staff at sales@magtraders.co.uk if you experience a payment error on our website. Another option is to attempt one of the other available payment options.
