Refund and Returns Policy

We provide a 30-day return policy, so you can ask for a return within 30 days of receiving your goods.

An item can only be returned if it is unused, unopened, with tags, and comes with the original packing and receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at sales@magtraders.co.uk to arrange a return. You will receive a shipping label and information on where to send your box once your return has been approved. Please be aware that returns that are not requested in advance will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

In order for us to assess the situation and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us right away if anything is missing or damaged.

Exchanges

Returning the item you have and making a fresh purchase for the desired item after the return is accepted is the quickest way to be sure you get what you want.

Refunds

As soon as we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, your original payment method will be instantly refunded. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.

Let us assist you with a replacement, return, or repair if you’re not happy with your purchase. Purchases made in the MAG TRADERS store are subject to this policy.

Ineligible items

A “Change of Mind” remark is not acceptable for the following categories:

customised goods;

Gift cards;

Orders for commercial or non-domestic use;

Handling your “Change of mind” comeback
Please email our customer service team at sales@magtraders.co.uk with any “Change of Mind” refunds. A customer service representative will assist you in scheduling your return.

Before a “Change of Mind” return can be handled, we need to see pictures along with your return request proving that the item and its packaging are in acceptable condition.

You will receive a refund or store credit (whichever you prefer) as soon as we receive your returned item and it is determined to be in good condition.

Deduction

Any shipping costs you may have paid for the first order are not included in the refund or store credit amount that is given.

Any freight costs incurred in returning the item will be subtracted from the total refund or store credit that you receive.

Packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address provided when placing an order are not the responsibility of MAG TRADERS. MAG TRADERS will verify delivery to the specified address, together with the delivery date, tracking details, and carrier information, upon request, so that the customer can look into the matter further.
Cancellation after order

You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours after placing it. Please email our customer success team at sales@magtraders.co.uk with your name and order number if you would want to cancel your order. Within five business days, we will return the full purchase price to the original payment method.
How to send something back

Collect the items you want to return, as well as the original packing and contents.

Any item you buy from the MAG TRADERS store is returnable. Please bring your receipt, the credit card you used to make the transaction, your packing slip (if you received one), and a legitimate photo ID with you when returning items for quicker processing.

Like new condition

Returned items must be in as-new condition. Returns for items that are soiled, dented, scratched, or have significant missing material may not be accepted. In order for us to accept a return, clothing must not have been worn or cleaned, and its original tags must be still attached.

Damage upon arrival:

In the event that your purchase arrived damaged, kindly take pictures and videos and email them to sales@magtraders.co.uk, our customer care. You will be given two choices: either we will send you a replacement product or we will give you a complete refund after reviewing the support and validating the case.

Defective or broken manufacture after use:

You have 30 days after the arrival of your product to notify us of any problems with your product. You can return the product to us at your own expense if it is damaged or does not function during this time, and we will refund the whole amount as store credit so you can get a new one.

Refund Requirements:

Refunds will be made using the original payment method you used. The processing of your refund and the accreditation of your account could take three to five business days.

Discounts and promotions are not returnable.
