New and still in its original box is the item.

New Bulk

The item was repackaged for individual sale after being originally packaged in bulk.

New Open Item

Although the packaging was opened for inspection, the item was brand new.

New Pulls

The item was initially put in a brand-new system that was supposed to be upgraded, but we took it out and packaged it differently for each customer before selling it separately.
Remodelled

The item was taken out of a used system, reconditioned, and checked to ensure it worked properly.

Used

The object was utilised. After testing, we repackaged it for retail.

Item not received
The tracking status indicates that your order has been shipped if you successfully placed it but haven’t received it yet. If the problem persists, please email us at sales@magtraders.co.uk. until the item is bagged, we have control over it (until it is by the carrier). You should try contacting the carrier to locate your bags.
How may my shipping address be changed?

You can easily update the mailing address in your shopping cart before to completing your order. If you placed your order inside the first twelve hours, you can modify your “Shipment Address” by sending us an email. You cannot alter the address once your order has been dispatched.
